Renewal of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID cloud subscriptions for 12 months

Summary

The City of Białystok is procuring 120 Microsoft 365 Enterprise E3 Unified Per User and 120 Microsoft Entra ID Premium P2 Per User cloud subscriptions, or compliant equivalent software subscriptions, for its own use and that of its supported entities. The subscriptions must run from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2027, and renewal of the existing solution must preserve the current environment and continuity of services. The procurement is not divided into lots.
