Purchase of GSM data transmission and voice calling services

Summary

The Statistical Computing Centre is procuring GSM voice and data services for public statistical survey interviewers from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2027. The contract covers 1,760 SIM cards in two sets: 860 with voice calls, SMS, MMS and data, and 900 for data transmission; service coverage must reach at least 95% of Poland. The SIM cards must be delivered by 23 November 2026.
