Design and construction of six small water-retention facilities in Lublin – 3 lots

Summary

The Municipality of Lublin is procuring the design and construction of six small water-retention facilities under three lots. Lot 1 covers facilities at Czechów Park and Wąwóz Pokoleń; Lot 2 covers sites on Chopina, Weteranów and Roztocze streets; Lot 3 covers a facility in John Paul II Park. Each lot includes preparatory design work, complete design and cost-estimate documentation, necessary approvals and permits, construction and landscaping works, supervision, and as-built documentation. The contract period is six months from signing.
