Construction of a sports facilities building and full-size training pitch at Wojkowice Sports Park

Summary

The Municipality of Wojkowice is procuring, as a single design-and-build project, a new sports facilities building and a full-size football training pitch at Wojkowice Sports Park. The works include demolishing existing structures, building the two-storey facility and its associated utilities, access areas and landscaping, and constructing an artificial-turf pitch with drainage, rainwater infrastructure, fencing, six-metre ball-stop nets and stands. The scope also includes equipment and furnishings, project documentation, testing, commissioning and the designer’s authorial supervision; the procurement is not divided into lots.
