Development of the area around Lake Rożnowskie in Gródek nad Dunajcem – Stage II

Summary

The Municipality of Gródek nad Dunajcem is procuring design-and-build works for the second stage of developing the area around Lake Rożnowskie, divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers a walking promenade and paths, a viewing pier, beach terraces, a landing stage, street furniture, and works to the electricity network and lighting; completion is due within 6 months of contract signing. Lot 2 covers the design and construction of a tourism-services building, including installations, fit-out, site development and equipment; completion is due within 9 months of contract signing.
