Design documentation for adapting the Lisowice Social Welfare Home buildings for cultural use

Summary

East Łódź County is commissioning design documentation to adapt the buildings of the Social Welfare Home in Lisowice for cultural use. The work includes site development and architectural designs, interior arrangements, structural and building-services designs, bills of quantities, an investor’s cost estimate, technical specifications, required approvals and permits, and author’s supervision during construction. The design documentation is due within 8 months; author’s supervision continues until the construction works are completed.
