Lease and servicing of multifunction devices

Summary

The Wielkopolska Agency for Enterprise Development is procuring the lease, installation and servicing of 11 new colour printers and multifunction devices: 10 Type I devices and one Type II device, manufactured no earlier than 2026. The contract also includes a central print-management system for remote device monitoring, follow-me printing with card-based authentication, and the supply of consumables. The procurement is not divided into lots and is planned for up to 36 months from system launch or until the allocated funds are exhausted.
