Gdańskie Nieruchomości is procuring complete multidisciplinary design and cost-estimate documentation for the renovation of seven municipal commercial premises in Gdańsk. The scope includes building, technical and detailed designs, works specifications, bills of quantities and investor cost estimates, as well as obtaining the necessary permits, decisions, opinions and approvals and providing author’s supervision during the construction works. The premises are at Dworska 27, Lawendowa 2/3, Kościuszki 9e, General Józef Wybicki Square 1, Kochanowskiego 47, Do Studzienki 11 and Oliwska 53/54. The contract is not divided into lots.
