Revitalisation of the historic former steward’s house in Kochcice and creation of a Senior Zone

Summary

Kochanowice Municipality is procuring the design-and-build revitalisation of the historic former steward’s house in Kochcice for use as a Senior Zone. The project covers stages II and III: design documentation and required approvals, author supervision, construction works, and delivery and installation of movable equipment and furnishings. Building thermal modernisation and separate roof and ceiling works are excluded from this contract. The completed facility is to be handed over ready for use by 31 August 2027.
