Renovation and adaptation of building premises for the Healthy and Active Senior Centre

Summary

Miejskie Centrum Medyczne “Śródmieście” is procuring renovation and adaptation works for premises at Zachodnia 60 in Łódź, for use as a Healthy and Active Senior Centre. The works include partial demolition of partition walls and existing floor layers, replacement of doors, repair and finishing of brick walls, and removal, alteration, extension or installation of building services, including electrical, water and drainage, sanitary and central-heating systems. The contract is a single, indivisible package with no lots and is to be completed within four weeks of signing, no later than 17 December 2026.
