Energy retrofit of the Borzytuchom municipal office building housing the Municipal Social Welfare Centre

Summary

The Municipality of Borzytuchom is procuring a comprehensive energy retrofit of its office building, which also houses the Municipal Social Welfare Centre. The single, indivisible contract covers building insulation and façade and roof works, replacement of windows and doors, accessibility improvements, a ground-source heat pump with borehole probes, heating and hot-water upgrades, heat-recovery ventilation, air conditioning, electrical works, LED lighting and a photovoltaic micro-installation with battery storage. The works are to be completed while the building remains in use; the information pylon, small architectural features and planting shown in visualisations are excluded.
