Fire safety adaptation works at IV General Secondary School, 1a Kozielska Street

Summary

The City of Gliwice is procuring construction works to adapt the IV General Secondary School building at 1a Kozielska Street to fire safety regulations. The works include fire compartmentation and fire-resistant protection, replacement and protection of specified building elements, installation of fire alarm, smoke extraction and emergency lighting systems, upgrades to electrical and hydrant installations, and associated demolition, repair and finishing works. The contract also includes obtaining the required occupancy approval or notifying completion of works and preparing as-built documentation; it is not divided into lots.
