Medical cover services during Senate sittings

Summary

The Chancellery of the Senate is procuring medical emergency cover for people attending Senate sittings, on the day before sittings and at other events organised by the contracting authority. The service includes a doctor on duty at the Senate Chancellery from 12:00 to 20:00 on the preceding day and a specialist emergency medical team with an ambulance during each sitting, from one hour before proceedings begin until they end. Over 36 months, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, the estimated scope is 75 doctor-duty days and 177 emergency-team duty days. The procurement is not divided into lots.
