The Schools Complex in Piaski is commissioning design documentation and the building permit for adapting and extending an existing school building into a student dormitory for approximately 100 residents. The work includes a concept and cost analysis, technical assessment, complete construction and detailed designs across architectural, structural, building-services and site-planning disciplines, and support through the permit process and construction supervision. The design covers accessible accommodation, a new fourth floor, dormitory rooms and shared facilities, energy-efficiency measures, and renewable energy supplying at least 20% of the building’s annual final energy demand. The contract is not divided into lots.
