Koszalin University of Technology is procuring year-round roof maintenance and repair services for its buildings at the Śniadeckich, Racławicka, Kwiatkowskiego and Rejtana campuses in Koszalin. The work covers periodic inspections and maintenance of roof surfaces, gutters, downpipes, chimneys above the roof and sheet-metal flashings, as well as urgent repairs, leak and defect removal, and clearing snow, ice and other debris. The contract runs for 12 months; inspections are to be carried out at least twice a year, and emergency repairs must begin within 48 hours of notification. The procurement is not divided into lots.
