Łużyckie Housing Estate – Development of the Łużyckie Terraces with a Dog Run and Salt Garden

Summary

The City of Zielona Góra is procuring construction works to develop the Łużyckie Terraces recreational area in the Łużyckie housing estate. The works include a sonic brine graduation tower and health area, in-ground trampolines, games and recreation areas, seating areas, small and large dog runs with agility equipment, park lighting and monitoring, renovated paths and outdoor stairs, landscaping, recreational and paved surfaces, and related infrastructure. The project is a single, indivisible contract; specified design elements are excluded from the works.
