Development of a Recreation and Leisure Area at Lake Janówko

Summary

The Municipality of Brzozie is procuring construction works for a permanent, publicly accessible recreational pier and improvements to the beach and bathing area at Lake Janówko. The single, indivisible contract includes removing the existing floating pier, clearing approximately 730 m² of reedbed, constructing the steel-and-timber pier on 153 steel piles, and providing a viewing terrace, stairs, walkway extension, fishing stations, shelter, solar lighting and beach amenities such as benches, loungers, parasols, waste bins, educational boards, a viewing telescope and a children’s slide. The works, supplies, installation and site restoration are to be completed within seven months of contract signing.
