Software update, deployment and technical support for IT infrastructure management and asset monitoring

Summary

The Poznań Voivodeship Labour Office is procuring the update of Statlook, or equivalent IT infrastructure and asset management software, from version 16.X to version 20.X, its deployment, and technical support for 240 workstations and one Master administration console. The work includes migrating the Statlook server from Windows Server 2012 to Windows Server 2022, providing software updates and support for 36 months, and delivering one day of training for three people. The procurement is a single contract and is not divided into lots.
