Maintenance and repair of electrical and sanitary installations, and locksmith and carpentry services

Summary

The Warsaw District Prosecutor’s Office is procuring maintenance, inspection and repair services for electrical and sanitary installations and locksmith and carpentry work at its buildings and subordinate district prosecutor’s offices. The service will run for 24 months, but no earlier than 1 December 2026, and covers a total floor area of 26,479.02 m². The work includes monthly inspections, routine and emergency repairs, and a 24-hour technical emergency service seven days a week; one worker must be permanently present at the contracting authority’s headquarters on working days from 8:15 to 16:15. Electrical and sanitary work is excluded at two of the listed sites.
