Summary

The District Hospital named after Prelate J. Glowatzki in Strzelce Opolskie is procuring medical gases for 24 months in five packages. The scope includes liquid medical oxygen with a leased tank, installation and connection; oxygen and nitrous oxide in cylinders; a fixed-dose oxygen/nitrous oxide mixture with a leased dosing valve and compatible exhaust valves; carbon dioxide; and medical air. Cylinder deliveries and transport, cylinder rentals, and the related filling services are included; the mixture package also includes maintenance of the dosing valve and free use of a cylinder trolley for the contract period.
