Modernisation of school basement rooms

Summary

The school is procuring renovation and adaptation works for rooms in its basement. The single, indivisible contract covers the classroom, gym and changing room, electrical upgrades, refurbishment finishes, removal of a partition to enlarge the gym, replacement of the corridor entrance grille with a glazed PVC partition and replacement of 10 wooden doors. The works are to be completed within one month; gym equipment is excluded.
