Energy-efficiency upgrade and extension of the Rehabilitation Centre for Children with Disabilities in Tomaszów Mazowiecki, including a corrective-exercise hall

Summary

The Municipality of Tomaszów Mazowiecki is procuring construction works to improve the energy performance of the Rehabilitation Centre for Children with Disabilities and extend it with a corrective-exercise and physiotherapy facility. The works include building insulation, replacement windows and doors, heating and hot-water upgrades, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, energy-efficient lighting, photovoltaic panels and energy management systems. The extension will include a single-storey addition and connecting passage, an exercise hall, two doctors’ offices, an additional medical or therapy room, accessible sanitary facilities, utility connections and related site works. The contract is not divided into lots.
