Extension of the multi-purpose hall at Dziwnów seaport yacht marina – design and build

Summary

The Dziwnów Seaport Authority is procuring the design and construction of an extension to the multi-purpose hall at the Dziwnów seaport yacht marina. The work includes design documentation and permits, an extension of about 24.17 m and 298 m² (bringing the building footprint to about 893.07 m²), pile foundations, building and electrical, ventilation, water and drainage installations, an approximately 40 kWp photovoltaic system with energy storage, site paving and lawns, and the documents and approvals needed for use of the completed building. The design and construction are two integral phases, with no division into lots.
