Purchase and delivery of AI computing infrastructure (computing server with GPU accelerators)

Summary

The procurement covers the purchase and delivery of one complete AI computing server for the Małopolska Centre for Entrepreneurship in Kraków. It will run local language models and RAG solutions for approximately 250 users, support AI model inference and fine-tuning, data analysis, and high-performance computing. The solution must be complete, compatible, assembled, configured and tested, and ready for immediate use. Minimum requirements include a dual-processor server with at least 32 physical cores per processor; at least 256 GB of DDR5 ECC memory; two GPU accelerators, each with at least 96 GB of ECC memory; and at least two enterprise-grade SSDs of at least 960 GB each. The server must fit a 19-inch rack, be no more than 5U high, and be expandable to at least eight GPUs. All components must be new and compatible. The offer must include technical evidence and a list of component manufacturers and models. Delivery to the contracting authority’s premises in Kraków is due by 10 December 2026. The bidder must offer a warranty of at least 24 months; longer warranty periods receive additional evaluation points. Price accounts for 60% of the award criteria and warranty duration for 40%: 24 months earns 0 points, 36 months earns 20 points, and at least 48 months earns 40 points. No separate thresholds for the bidder’s economic, financial or technical capacity have been set. The submission deadline is 14 October 2026 at 9:00, and the budget is PLN 300,000 including VAT.
