Round-the-clock security services at the Centralny Ośrodek Sportu in Warsaw

Summary

The procurement is for round-the-clock physical protection of people and property at the Centralny Ośrodek Sportu site at 6a Łazienkowska Street in Warsaw, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. The service covers the Torwar I and Torwar II sports and event halls and approximately 16,900 m² of outdoor areas. Duties include continuously staffed posts, patrols every two hours, access and key control, monitoring CCTV and fire and intrusion systems, responding to alarms, and assisting with evacuations. During events, the contractor must protect people and property and cooperate with event organisers and other security firms. The contractor must provide qualified guards employed under employment contracts, an intervention patrol, its own alarm monitoring station and an electronic patrol-monitoring system. Participation requires a security concession, the specified insurance and at least three qualifying prior contracts; a PLN 30,000 tender guarantee is also required. Price is the sole award criterion.
