Electronic newspaper and magazine subscriptions for 2027

Summary

The procurement covers electronic subscriptions to newspapers and magazines for the tax administration offices and the National Tax Information service in Katowice for 2027. The supplier must provide digital access to the subscribed publications from 1 January to 31 December 2027, with access available no later than 7:00 a.m. on each publication date. The publication lists and the number of accesses allocated to each institution are set out in the tender annexes. The procurement is divided into four lots: publications from Infor, publications from C.H. Beck, different versions of the newspaper Rzeczpospolita, and magazines from other publishers. A bidder may submit an offer for one, several or all lots. The winner of each lot will be selected on the basis of the lowest price; price is the only award criterion. The annual subscription is paid in advance. Offers must be submitted in Polish through the e-Procurement Platform by 14 October 2026 at 10:00. No bid security is required.
