Supply of computer equipment and software to Radio Gdańsk

Summary

The tender covers the supply of computer equipment and software for the implementation of Radio Gdańsk’s new broadcasting system. Bids may be submitted for one, two or all three lots: (1) four servers and seven workstations, including audio broadcasting workstations; (2) Windows Server network access licences and SQL Server database software licences; and (3) 25 laptops for journalists working on audio editing and programme production. Equipment must meet the detailed technical specifications in the tender documents; hardware must be new and manufactured no later than 2025. The delivery period is up to 50 days from contract signature for lots 1 and 2, and up to 30 days for lot 3. Bidders must submit the completed bid form and price-and-technical schedule and confirm that no exclusion grounds apply. No specific financial capacity or previous-experience qualification requirements are set. Lots 1 and 3 require a minimum 36-month warranty; a 48-month warranty earns 5 points and a warranty of at least 60 months earns 10 points. In these lots, price accounts for 90% and warranty for 10% of the score; in lot 2, price is the only award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 12:00 on 9 October 2026 and remain valid for 30 days.
