Design services and building permit for apartment buildings in Tomaszów Mazowiecki

Summary

The tender covers the preparation of two design concepts and, after one is selected, a site development plan and architectural and construction design, together with obtaining the final building permit, for 1–3 multi-family residential buildings with commercial premises in Tomaszów Mazowiecki. The planned scheme comprises approximately 200 apartments of about 30–64 m², with a mix of apartment sizes and requirements for accessibility, parking, lifts, solar power and the surrounding areas. The work also includes cost estimates, technical specifications, necessary surveys and approvals, utility connection arrangements and author’s supervision. The two concepts are due within 6 weeks of contract signature; the contractor has up to 14 days after receiving the client’s comments to revise the selected concept. The complete design and building permit must be delivered within the bid-selected period of 8, 9 or 10 months. Bids are evaluated on price (60%) and delivery time (40%): 8 months earns 40 points, 9 months 20 points and 10 months 0 points. The bid submission deadline is 13 October 2026 at 12:00. Bidders must nominate designers with the specified qualifications and provide a bid guarantee of PLN 5,000.
