Supply of equipment to Chorzow Cultural Centre for the project “Creative Potential. A New Opening”

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of equipment to Chorzow Cultural Centre for the project “Creative Potential. A New Opening.” It is divided into nine lots: fire-resistant cabinets; built-in and freestanding furniture; lighting, sound, multimedia and computer equipment, including software licences; musical instruments; air-conditioning equipment; a ceramic kiln and accessories; specialist equipment and items to improve the functionality of the facilities; and exhibition equipment. The supplier must deliver, unload and bring the goods into the premises and, where required for the relevant lot, install them. Bids may cover one, several or all lots. A site visit to both locations is mandatory for lots 1, 2, 6 and 8: Chorzow Cultural Centre at 3 Sienkiewicza Street and Starochorzow Cultural House at 59 Siemianowicka Street. The latest completion date is 30 November 2026; completion by 20 or 10 November 2026 earns more evaluation points. Bids are assessed on price (70 points) and completion time (30 points). Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9:00 on 8 October 2026. No bid guarantee is required.
