Correction of area data for selected cadastral plots in Racibórz County

Summary

The procurement covers the correction of area data for 50 selected cadastral plots in Racibórz County and the updating of the EGiB land and building register database. The work involves analysing source materials, confirming or obtaining the required attributes of plot boundary points, calculating areas in accordance with applicable surveying standards, and preparing cadastral data change schedules, a technical survey file and a GML file for updating the database. The work must be completed by 11 December 2026. The bidder must provide at least one surveyor with the relevant professional qualifications. Offers will be assessed on price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the minimum warranty is 24 months. The electronic offer must be submitted by 9:00 on 12 October 2026.
