PGKiM property security in Drezdenko, 15 December 2026–15 December 2027

Summary

The contract is for direct physical security of PGKiM’s property at Pierwszej Brygady 21a in Drezdenko, Poland, from 15 December 2026 at 15:00 until 15 December 2027 at 07:00. Four security staff will provide cover from 15:00 to 07:00 on weekdays and around the clock on weekends and public holidays. The estimated workload is 6,744 staff-hours, adjustable by ±24 hours (a range of 6,720–6,768 hours). Duties also include checking the premises and exterior at least once an hour, monitoring security and access systems, reporting alarms and faults, keeping visitor and vehicle logs, receiving telephone reports, clearing and treating walkways in winter, and watering designated plants. The bid price must include all costs of delivering the service. Price is the sole award criterion; the contracting authority may negotiate with up to three bidders whose bids rank highest. To participate, a bidder needs a valid licence for security services, financial resources or credit capacity of at least PLN 150,000, and at least one security service contract worth at least PLN 200,000 gross performed or being performed within the previous three years. The bid guarantee is PLN 2,000, and the successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the total bid price before signing the contract. All security staff must be employed under employment contracts.
