Supply of medical equipment in two lots: ultrasound scanner and urological video imaging system

Summary

The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot I is for a clinical digital ultrasound scanner, and Lot II is for a 4K endourological video imaging system with accessories. The contract includes delivery and transport, installation, commissioning and operational testing, as well as training for medical and technical staff. The equipment must be new, manufactured in 2026 or later, and duly approved for use in Poland. Delivery and installation must be completed by 20 November 2026. The procurement is conditional on funding and may be cancelled if the funding is not awarded. Bidders must submit original manufacturer materials substantiating the equipment’s technical parameters, a declaration of conformity or CE evidence, proof of authorised warranty and post-warranty service in Poland, and at least one written reference from a user confirming installation of the offered equipment. A warranty of at least 24 months and availability of spare parts and service for at least 10 years are required. Bids are evaluated separately by lot: for Lot I, price accounts for 60%, warranty for 20% and quality parameters for 20%; for Lot II, price accounts for 80% and warranty for 20%.
