The Voivodeship Police Headquarters in Bydgoszcz is procuring software licences and updates, as well as four A4 colour multifunction printers, in 10 lots. Lots 1–5 cover digital-forensics software: an AmpedFIVE update, software that converts forensic disk images into virtual machines, an internet and social-media monitoring tool, mobile-device data extraction software, and an update to software for analysing vehicle condition and event data. A bidder offering equivalent software or equipment must provide evidence with its offer that the proposed solution meets the technical and functional requirements. For equivalent software, the bidder must also include the costs of installation, implementation and training. Delivery is due within 30 days of contract signature. For lots 1–9, price accounts for 95% of the evaluation and optional technical assistance for 5%.
