Renewal of the subscription for central security logging, reporting and event correlation software

Summary

The procurement concerns renewal of the subscription for the central security logging, reporting and security-event correlation software used by the Podkarpackie Centre for Innovation. The bidder may either renew the existing FortiAnalyzer-VM subscription or offer an equivalent system meeting all technical requirements. Under either option, the subscription and manufacturer support must last at least 12 months, and delivery must be electronic and completed no later than 5 working days before the current subscription expires on 31 October 2026. For an equivalent solution, the bidder must submit a compliance table, confirmation from the manufacturer or an authorised distributor, and a preliminary implementation and migration schedule. The bidder must also implement the system, provide access to historical logs for 12 months, and train up to two people for at least 6 hours. Implementation and acceptance must be completed within 30 days of signing the contract without interrupting the existing logging system.
