Procurement, implementation and provision of a SOC service to improve cybersecurity at the Zamość municipal utility

Summary

The procurement covers the implementation and provision of a Security Operations Center as a Service (SOCaaS) for PGK Sp. z o.o. in Zamość, to improve its cybersecurity. The work includes round-the-clock monitoring of the buyer’s IT and OT infrastructure using a SIEM system operated and administered by the supplier; L1 and L2 team response to events and incidents; support for incident management, post-incident analysis and digital forensics; and monitoring for data leaks associated with domains and accounts specified by the buyer. The supplier must provide a dashboard, recommendations and reports, and review service delivery monthly. The service must be fully implemented and launched within 45 days of contract signature and then provided for 36 months. Price is the only award criterion. Participation requires, among other things, evidence of the specified SOC cybersecurity monitoring experience, certifications, team size and competence, and digital forensics capabilities.
