Construction of the Integration Centre in Ławki – Stage I

Summary

The procurement concerns construction of Stage I of the Integration Centre in Ławki. The work includes preparing the site and constructing foundations for container buildings; supplying, unloading, installing and positioning the buildings and joining them into a functional whole; and carrying out internal electrical, sanitary and ventilation works and building a terrace. Construction of the water connection and wastewater holding tank is excluded, but the contractor must prepare the necessary connection points. The contractor must complete the required tests and measurements and provide handover and as-built documentation. The works must be completed by 15 November 2026 at the latest and will be paid for as a lump sum. The tender guarantee is PLN 3,000. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and warranty period for 40%; the minimum warranty is 24 months, and up to 60 months is considered in the evaluation. Staff directly involved in the works must be employed under employment contracts where the nature of their duties qualifies as employment. The bidder must demonstrate third-party liability insurance of at least PLN 300,000 and at least one properly completed contract within the last five years for supplying, installing and positioning container buildings, with a gross value of at least PLN 300,000. Bids may not be submitted for separate lots or as alternatives.
