Design, editing, printing and distribution of publications for the Occupational Barometer survey

Summary

The tender covers the design, proofreading, layout, printing and distribution of posters and reports presenting the results of the nationwide Occupational Barometer survey. The work includes printing and distributing 365 poster templates; designing, proofreading and laying out 16 regional reports; and designing, proofreading, laying out, printing and distributing one national report. It also includes laying out English-language versions of 19 poster templates and preparing an English version of part of the national report, its English-language cover and the complete layout. The work must be completed by 18 December 2026. Bids must cover the entire contract; it is not divided into lots. Evaluation assigns 60% to price, up to 20% to additional cover designs and up to 20% to accessibility testing of the reports by a screen-reader user. The bid price must include all delivery costs, including copyright costs and taxes. The bid submission deadline is 8 October 2026 at 09:00.
