Periodic inspections of mechanical and hybrid ventilation in buildings and commercial premises of the Szczecin Social Housing Association – Part 2

Summary

The tender covers annual inspections of mechanical and hybrid ventilation systems and cleaning of ventilation ducts in buildings and commercial premises owned or managed by the Szczecin social housing association. Checks include, among other things, ducts, equipment, filters, fans, motors, electrical connections and sound-attenuating components, as well as measurements of airflow, pressure and noise. The work also includes preparing an electronic inspection report, checking whether recommendations from the previous inspection were implemented, and making entries in the digital building logbook. Part 2 covers properties on both the right and left banks of Szczecin; the bid form lists six locations and requires a unit price for one inspection at each. Inspections are performed once a year, and the contract runs from signature until 31 December 2028. Price is the sole award criterion. The bidder must hold liability insurance of at least PLN 30,000, demonstrate at least PLN 30,000 in mechanical ventilation inspection and servicing experience from the previous three years, provide a suitably qualified person, and have accounts in the relevant building register and digital logbook systems. A PLN 350 tender guarantee is required. In general, service staff must be employed under employment contracts for the entire contract period; the exception is qualified personnel carrying out management or supervision duties.
