Construction of a safety system for the Ondraszek and FIS ski runs in Szczyrk

Summary

The tender covers construction of a safety system on the Ondraszek and FIS ski runs in Szczyrk. The works include installing Type A safety nets on steel supports: approximately 80 m of 5 m-high supports and approximately 270 m of 6 m-high supports, set on permanent concrete or system-designed foundations at 8 m intervals. The system must meet FIS requirements and the technical safety standards for ski runs. The net cord must be at least 5 mm in diameter, the mesh size must be between 5 × 5 cm and 7 × 7 cm, and the net must have a reinforced perimeter rope, tensioning and shock-absorption components, and a lower protective skirt. The contract also includes five reinforced-concrete anchor blocks measuring 2 × 2 × 2 m for towing snow-grooming machines, and dismantling one DEMACLENKO Ventus 4.0 Blizzard snow cannon and its well on the FIS run, recovering and securing the well’s equipment, replacing a damaged section of its casing, and transporting the cannon to storage. The works must be completed within 60 days of contract signature. Attendance at the mandatory site visit on 5 October 2026 at 10:00 at the lower station of the Skrzyczne cableway is required; bids from non-attendees will be rejected. The bid must include a priced bill of quantities, the required declarations and a PLN 5,000 tender guarantee. The bidder must have third-party liability insurance with coverage of at least PLN 300,000. Price accounts for 60% of the score and the warranty-liability period for 40%; bidders must offer 60, 72 or 84 months, worth 35, 38 or 40 points respectively. Before signing the contract, the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross bid price.
