Construction of a video surveillance system in Masłów Municipality

Summary

The procurement covers the construction of an IP CCTV video surveillance system with 29 monitoring points in Masłów Municipality and the fitting-out of a recording and control centre in the municipal office building. The contractor must supply, install, configure and commission the cameras, power supply and other technical equipment, and provide a permanent fibre-optic connection to every monitoring point. The work also includes necessary measurements, tests, approvals, and as-built and handover documentation. In addition, the contractor must produce and install 16 video-surveillance information signs with support structures. The complete system must be handed over fully operational and ready for use by 30 November 2026. The contractor must operate its own alarm-receiving and video-monitoring station capable of receiving, monitoring and handling signals and video around the clock. Construction work must allow safe and unobstructed access for people with disabilities. Physical workers directly engaged in the construction work must be employed under employment contracts throughout the contract. A mandatory site visit must take place before an offer is submitted; an offer submitted without one will be rejected. The bidder must have completed at least one properly performed video-surveillance system construction, extension, reconstruction or upgrade contract worth at least PLN 300,000 during the last five years, and must provide a construction manager qualified in electrical networks and installations. The tender guarantee is PLN 4,000. The completion deadline is 30 November 2026; the quality guarantee must be at least 36 months, and the warranty-for-defects period is 60 months. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the offered quality-guarantee period for 40%.
