Reconstruction of the municipal road on Szajkowskiego Street in Rozbity Kamień

Summary

The tender concerns reconstruction of the municipal road on Szajkowskiego Street in Rozbity Kamień, in Bielany municipality. The works will renew the carriageway, sidewalks and driveways along an approximately 432.65 m road section and construct stormwater drainage. The planned carriageway is 5 m wide and the sidewalk 2.2 m wide. The works include preparation and demolition, earthworks, asphalt surfacing, concrete-paved sidewalks and driveways, landscaping, finishing and site clean-up. The stormwater system includes, among other elements, 129 m of DN300 pipe, 99.7 m of DN200 connection pipes, ten DN1200 and two DN800 manholes, and 24 road gullies. The works must be completed by 31 May 2027. A warranty of at least 36 months is required. Bids are evaluated on price (60%) and warranty (40%); warranty scoring is capped at 60 months. Bidders must provide a PLN 15,000 bid guarantee. Before signing the contract, the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total bid price. Participation requires qualified personnel to manage road and sanitary works and relevant road-surfacing and sewer-work experience from the previous five years. Staff carrying out preparation, road construction and road-sign installation activities must generally be employed under employment contracts. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish through the contracting authority’s platform, with the required declarations and evidence.
