Demolition of the building on K. Miarki Street in Imielin – Stage I

Summary

The Imielin municipality is procuring demolition works for a residential building on K. Miarki Street in Imielin, as Stage I of a building reconstruction project. The works include demolishing the building, removing demolition materials and covering their disposal and treatment costs, levelling the area with imported material, carrying out preparatory and clearance work, and organising the construction site. The contractor is responsible for lawful waste management and must factor the expected proceeds from recovered scrap metal into its offer by reducing the price accordingly. The contract also includes preparing a health and safety plan, protecting existing infrastructure, and restoring the site and surfaces after the works. The roof covering contains asbestos; it must be safely removed, packaged and transported to an authorised storage facility. Demolition-material transport and delivery of soil must use two-axle vehicles with a maximum gross weight of 18 tonnes. Participation requires evidence of at least PLN 100,000 in available funds or credit, third-party liability insurance of at least PLN 100,000, the required demolition experience and a suitably qualified construction manager. The tender guarantee is PLN 1,500. Offers are evaluated on price (60%) and completion time (40%); the works must not take longer than 41 calendar days and must be completed by 23 December 2026. Construction workers and other staff performing contract activities must generally be employed under employment contracts, subject to the exceptions stated in the tender documents.
