Design and replacement of the lift in the Olimp building

Summary

The tender covers the complete design-led replacement of the existing lift in the Olimp building at the University of Radom. The work includes dismantling and disposing of the old lift; designing, supplying and installing a new lift suitable for transporting people with disabilities and for evacuation; and carrying out related building, electrical, finishing and ventilation works. The new lift must support the evacuation of people with reduced mobility, including during fire alarms, in accordance with standard PN-EN 81-76. The contractor must arrange testing and certification, obtain the Technical Supervision Authority’s operating authorisation, prepare handover documentation, and train the contracting authority’s staff to operate and maintain the lift. Work will take place in an occupied building, and the contract is not divided into lots. The completion period is up to 180 calendar days from contract signature. Bidders must demonstrate the specified lift-project experience and provide managers and staff with the required construction, electrical, SEP and UDT qualifications. The offer must include the required preliminary declaration and a PLN 6,000 bid guarantee. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and extended warranty for 40%: a 24-month warranty scores 0 points and a 36-month warranty scores 40 points. Before contract signature, the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross offer price. The deadline for submitting offers is 15 October 2026 at 11:00.
