Reconstruction of the outdoor stairs and entrance canopy at a special education centre

Summary

The contract covers reconstruction work on part of a special education and care centre building in Będzin. The works include rebuilding the external stairs; constructing an entrance canopy with a steel frame and toughened-glass roof; reconstructing approximately 22.6 metres of stormwater drainage; replacing the paving of the walkway and square; and installing emergency evacuation lighting. The offer must cover the entire scope; bids for separate lots are not permitted. The works must be completed within two months of contract signature and no later than 28 December 2026. A site visit is mandatory before submitting an offer, and the offer must include proof of the visit confirmed by the contracting authority. The tenderer must quote an all-inclusive lump-sum price including 23% VAT. Price carries 60 evaluation points and warranty and liability for defects carry 40; the offered period must be at least 36 months, and up to 60 months counts for scoring. The offer must include the required declarations and, where applicable, documents on representation and reliance on other entities. Qualification requires at least one relevant work properly completed in the previous five years with a value of at least PLN 200,000, as well as suitably qualified construction, electrical works and sanitary works managers. The tenderer must not be subject to exclusion grounds.
