Modernisation of road lighting in Leżajsk Municipality

Summary

The tender covers modernisation of road lighting in several localities in Leżajsk Municipality: construction of electrical networks and street lighting, installation of LED luminaires, and removal of 14 existing floodlights at the Stare Miasto sports stadium followed by installation of 14 new 300 W LED floodlights. The works also include adding one 38 W LED luminaire to an existing road-lighting installation and constructing or installing lighting networks, poles and control cabinets. At least 80% of the scope must be performed, and the full contract must be completed within 150 days of signing; Stage I is due by 11 December 2026. Bids must cover the entire contract; partial bids are not permitted. The bidder must have access to a construction manager qualified to manage works involving electrical and power networks and installations. Bids are evaluated on price (60%) and warranty duration (40%); the warranty must be 36–72 months. Before signing, the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the bid price. Workers performing installation and assembly activities must be employed under employment contracts throughout the period in which those activities are carried out. LED luminaires must meet the technical specifications in the tender documents, with supporting evidence and certificates submitted before installation.
