Rainwater management at School Complexes No. 1 and No. 3 in Kłobuck

Summary

The tender covers construction works to manage rainwater at School Complex No. 1 and School Complex No. 3 in Kłobuck. Bids may be submitted for two separate lots: Lot 1 concerns School Complex No. 1 at 6 Zamkowa Street, and Lot 2 concerns School Complex No. 3 at 46 Ks. Skorupki Street. The works include demolition of existing surfaces and structures, construction of permeable footpaths, routing rainwater into planted rain gardens, planting wetland plants and trees, and creating landscaped and recreational features. Lot 2 includes, among other works, removal of 1,213 m² of asphalt and construction of 271 m² of permeable footpath; the corresponding footpath area in Lot 1 is 437 m². All works must be completed within six months of contract signature. The bidder must provide at least a construction manager qualified to manage the relevant structural and building works and an installation works manager qualified in heating, ventilation, water supply and sewerage installations. The tender must include the required declarations and completed tender form; the selected bidder must provide a personnel list on request and prove the named staff members’ qualifications before signing the contract. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish and state a lump-sum price and a warranty of 36–60 full months. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and warranty for 40%. Before signing the contract, the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 3% of the gross tender price and maintain liability insurance with coverage of at least the gross contract value. Physical construction, equipment-operation and installation work must generally be performed by employees under employment contracts, except where self-employed subcontractors perform the work personally.
