Renovation of Five Vacant Apartments

Summary

The tender concerns the renovation of five vacant residential apartments in Warsaw’s Bielany district. Before signing the contract, the successful bidder must provide liability insurance of at least PLN 200,000 and performance security equal to 5% of the total bid price.
