Construction of a water supply network on Drozdowa Street in Bezrzecze

Summary

The contract covers construction of a water supply network in Bezrzecze between the Starowiejska Street area and Drozdowa Street. The works include a 110 mm PVC water main, a pressure-reducing chamber and a water connection from Starowiejska Street to the property on plot 10/156. The contractor must also obtain the necessary approvals and permits, prepare temporary traffic management, carry out testing, provide as-built documentation, update base maps, and reinstate the construction area and any damaged infrastructure. The works must be completed within five months of signing the contract. The bidder must have properly completed at least two water-main construction projects, each at least 300 m long, during the previous five years, and must appoint a qualified construction manager. A PLN 9,100 bid guarantee is required. Offers are evaluated on price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the offered warranty must be between 36 and 60 months. Before signing the contract, the successful bidder must provide evidence of public liability insurance of at least PLN 500,000 and performance security equal to 3% of the offer price. Workers directly carrying out construction activities must be employed under employment contracts.
