Construction of a sidewalk on Rajska Street in Krzywica – Phase II (expansion of municipal road 430301W)

Summary

The tender covers construction of a 697-metre-long sidewalk along Rajska Street in Krzywica, as Phase II of the expansion of municipal road 430301W. The works include surveying, preparatory, demolition and earthworks; surfacing; road shoulders and ditch slopes; a stormwater sewer; associated works; installation of vertical signs and road markings; and as-built surveying. The contractor must also arrange removal of materials and excavated soil, manage traffic during construction and hand over the as-built documentation. The works must be completed within 10 months of signing the contract. Tenderers must hold relevant liability insurance of at least PLN 1,000,000, have properly completed at least two road construction, reconstruction, modernisation or repair projects in the previous five years, each worth at least PLN 500,000 gross, and provide a site manager with unrestricted road-engineering construction qualifications. The highest-ranked tenderer must provide evidence of these conditions. The offer must include the required declarations and be submitted electronically by 15 October 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the quality-guarantee period for 40%; the available guarantee periods are 36, 42, 48, 54 or 60 months. Before signing the contract, the successful tenderer must provide contract-performance security equal to 2% of the gross offer price. Workers performing certain activities must be employed under employment contracts.
