Construction of Warehouse-Garage Buildings – Third Tender

Summary

The procurement covers construction of three lightweight steel warehouse-garage buildings in Mątwica, Jankowo-Skarbowo and Chmielewo. The walls and pitched roofs are to be made of sandwich panels. The buildings in Lots 1 and 2 each have a footprint of 93.01 m² and usable floor area of 87.51 m²; the foundation slab is excluded from the Mątwica works but must be constructed in Jankowo-Skarbowo. The Chmielewo building has a footprint of 56 m² and usable area of 51.91 m², and its foundation slab is included. Bids may cover one, two or all three lots. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026, and bids are due by 10:00 on 13 October 2026. Bidders must demonstrate at least one qualifying construction project of the required value. During contract performance, the contractor must appoint a suitably qualified construction manager, maintain liability insurance and employ at least two workers in manual construction roles under employment contracts. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the warranty and statutory defect-liability period for 40%; bidders may offer 48, 60 or 72 months.
